Fred Baiz
Chief Technology Officer, Incenter Lender Services
Fred Baiz joined Incenter as Chief Technology Officer in 2023, formalizing a role as head of technology services for Incenter that, for all practical purposes, he has fulfilled since 2017. In addition to leading all technology related strategies, decisions and deployments, Fred also brings his insight, experience and knowhow to the Executive Leadership Team.
Incenter relies heavily on Fred and his team not only for the implementation and management of general operational and financial technologies and systems, but also for those platforms core to several divisional service offerings. He is also responsible for setting the company’s IT security compliance standards and ensuring these standards are supported across the enterprise.
Prior to joining Incenter, Fred and his company, Boomtown CIO, provided technology design and deployment services to Boston National Title, a company acquired by Incenter in 2016. Earlier in his career, he held the roles of Vice President and Director of IT at a mid-sized manufacturer headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA where he led the firm’s international business development program. He also co-founded and led the Charlotte office of Stephen James Associates (an Allegis Group company) and was instrumental in building SJA’s accounting and financial executive search practice from the ground-up.
