In addition to his expertise on the technical side, Michael is accomplished in managing skilled teams of professionals, trained in multiple industry software systems, and is driven to consistently deliver a best-in-class support experience to clients, customers, and colleagues each day.
As Director, he leads the day-to-day operations of the Incenter Tax Solutions team, ensuring accuracy, seamless processing, and client follow-up.
