Bruno Pasceri
President, Incenter Lender Services
Mortgage industry veteran Bruno Pasceri assumed the helm of Incenter in December 2017. Significant achievements under his leadership already include the acquisition and/or build out of Incenter Tax Solutions, Incenter Insurance, Incenter Diligence Solutions and Incenter Marketing, (followed by record growth), and the completed buyout of Incenter from Finance of America (June 2023).
Working closely with the Incenter leadership team, he is responsible for setting the Incenter mission and vision, evaluating and guiding strategic acquisitions, and providing financial oversight and support across the Incenter family of companies.
In 1998, Bruno joined Gateway Funding and grew it into one of the most respected national mortgage providers and servicers in the U.S. Under Bruno’s aegis, Gateway became a model for how an employee-first philosophy invoking 1940’s family values can inspire loyalty and overcome the challenges of an unpredictable business.
